Makira led the rapid deployment of Rue21’s new POS system across 1,100+ devices, completing rollouts to 50+ stores per week with minimal disruption. Through strong change management and training, the project stayed on schedule, maintained a low error rate, and delivered a significantly improved in-store experience.
