Required Candidate Skills & Traits:
- 2-3 years’ experience managing and leading IT projects
- Strong IT background and well versed with Microsoft Office & Google
- Retail experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP Certifications a plus
- JIRA, Confluence, MS Project experience a plus
- Must be organized and proactive
- Comfortable taking a leading role on projects and tasks
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight
- Ability to set tasks and manage towards them
- Passionate about helping clients implement successful projects and willing to go the extra distance to help ensure success
